Policies!

  • All service bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Clients must provide accurate details regarding the cleaning service required.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm bookings.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Any complaints regarding services must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

  • Smiles Cleaning Company is not liable for pre-existing damages to property or belongings.

  • Additional charges may apply for services that exceed the initial agreement.

  • Smiles Cleaning Company takes all reasonable precautions to prevent damages during service.

  • If any damage occurs due to employee negligence, the client must report it within 24 hours of service completion.

  • The Company will assess the damage and determine appropriate action, including possible repair or compensation at its sole discretion.

  • The Company is not liable for damages to fragile, valuable, or pre-existing damaged items unless explicitly documented before service commencement.

  • Clients are encouraged to secure valuables and fragile items before service.
